Cancellation policy
30-Day Notice to Cancel
To ensure continuity of service and proper scheduling, we require a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice to cancel or terminate service. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will become effective thirty (30) days from the date notice is received. Services will continue, and applicable charges will apply, during the notice period. This policy allows us to responsibly manage staffing, routing, and service commitments for all customers.
