Sam Paul, Owner
Sam is a lifelong builder with nearly 40 years of experience running and growing businesses. He’s led teams through big milestones, including successful sales to well-known companies, but what matters most to him is doing things the right way: showing up, communicating clearly, and taking pride in the work. He’s also the kind of guy who can’t walk past a problem without wanting to fix it, so if your pool equipment starts acting up, don’t be surprised if he’s already thinking through three solutions before the lid’s even back on. At the end of the day, Sam’s all about making pool service simple, dependable, and stress-free for families.

Andrew Paul, Products
Andrew’s our “how can we make this easier for families?” guy—and he’s as friendly as he is brainy. With a Ph.D. in physics and a knack for building things that just work, he loves turning complicated problems into simple, reliable solutions for homeowners. If your pump ever quits, Andrew’s the kind of person who could probably build you a new one… and somehow attach a rocket ship to it (purely for fun). Around here, he helps make sure our service is smooth, consistent, and family-business dependable—so your pool stays ready for cannonballs, not headaches.

Savannah Paul, IT
Savannah is the calm, capable problem-solver behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly. She’s brought her tech and leadership experience from places like Google, Alarm.com, and Nhu Energy. Around here, her superpower is making the “tech stuff” feel simple—so scheduling, updates, and communication work the way they should (aka: without anyone needing to turn it off and back on again… though shecando that too). Savannah helps make sure our systems stay reliable and our team stays connected, so families get consistent, no-stress pool service.

Emily Paul, The Automater
Emily is our innovation leader, the person who’s always asking, “How can we make this easier, clearer, and more stress-free for families?” She’s spent 20 years helping consumer and technology companies grow by focusing on what real people actually need, not just what looks good on a spreadsheet. Emily blends practical psychology with smart testing and modern design to improve everything from reminders and updates to how we communicate—so you’re never left guessing what’s happening with your pool. And if there’s a way to save you a phone call (or prevent a “wait… was that today?” moment), Emily will find it.

Eric Paul, Customer Experience
Eric is the friendly voice on the inside sales and customer support side—the guy who makes sure you feel taken care of from the first call to the final “all set.” He’s spent years building trust-focused processes in fast-paced industries, but what really sets him apart is his customer-first communication and follow-through. And because Eric doesn’t just want to talk about great service, he wanted todo it, he’s also expanded into hands-on pool servicing and is a certified CPO. So when you have a question, you’re getting someone who understands the details and knows what it looks like out in the field (and yes, he’ll absolutely celebrate with you when the water’s finally crystal clear).
